The Nest is the first of the Chester Designed By Nature projects which aim to embrace and explore the natural world that surrounds us through a programme of art, activities, performance, storytelling and amazing large-scale sculptural installations which will appear across the city. This empty shop unit has been transformed into an enchanted forest and creative space in the middle of the city, where local communities can cocoon themselves and enjoy workshops and performances from Storyhouse. It’s all about celebrating the cosiness of autumn by slowing down, reflecting and unleashing your inner creativity.
WHEN WOLVES COULD SPEAK.
Promotional Material Designer - Eleanor Ferguson
Writer & Director: Paul Barnhill
Designer: Sascha Gilmour
Producer: Sarah Richardson
The Goody-Bag shown here was given out to audiences during the run of Goofus Theatre's When Wolves Could Speak, a collection of fantastical folktales told through puppetry. In the bag was the programme, postcards, pin badge, and a pop up shadow theatre so young audience members can create and tell their own stories.
